INTRODUCING: The Edge

I'll try to make this short.
Because that's the only way I can make it.
Anyway, lets just get to it.
The Edge is a new region in DarCity.
Unfortunatly, you won't be able to see it until I get back from my "vacation".
Hopefully that is around Winter Break.
But that's the information.
Set aside other features such as:
It hasn't been explored.
Unexpected 'features' (creepers, lots of monsters, unexpected villages, lol. But that's Minecraft as a whole 0_0)
And Lots more! (Well of COURSE, THE ENTIRE MAP IS INFINITE!)
lol.
That's about it.
Expect tons of updates soon.
Plus the upcoming Minecraft 2012 Darwin12 Videos video thingy (more details soon).

INTRODUCING: The Minecraft DarCity Development Team

Hello.
Anyway.
It's been awhile.
I'm still out of town.
I'll be back a little for winter break after next week.
But I'll start here by telling you news.
It's official here that the DarCity Development Team has been formed.
We have 4 members in on it.
One of them are new to Dar-Games, and will be also working for Darwin12 Videos.
Speaking of Darwin12 Videos, I will speak lots about Darwin12 Videos on here.
Plus- my new blog could be usable, since I have two blogs opened already.
I already have another 'INTRODUCING' post on the way too, it's about 'The Edge'.
I'll talk about several things today.
I'll just start with a small table of contents :D.

1. DarCity Development Team Introduction

Yay.

Here is your #1.

Okay, I'll just start with the introduction, bottom line.

The DarCity Dev. Team is the team of head creators for the game, not exactly developers, but builders for the game, that also include pieces of the testing. Nothing more than that.

2. Meeting the New DarCity Dev. Team

Yesh.

Anyway, I'm not going anywhere in depth when I basically am saying we only have 4 people on the team.

These 4 being:
Darwin12

Cheeseheadfoamy

(To be Announced)

and Captevyo.

That's about it.

3. Darwin12 Videos and Dar-Games working together??

The answer is yes. Just yes.
We are working with them, for our new Darwin12 Videos Minecraft 2012 Series.
You'll probably hear more about this relationship in future posts (certain ones could be coming soon, or more liek tomorrow). lol.

4. The Edge Introduction
Making this quick, and without spoilers, lol. This is a nice spoiler you've got here.

The Edge is a new region of DarCity. I will explain more about it in the "Introducing: The Edge" post coming soon.

5. Yeah, about The End for DarCity?
Okay, so about The End.
The final "end level" for DarCity is going to remain opened. However, we may 'edit it' a bit...

MINECRAFT: DarCity's Nether?

 Welcome!
Hello to all.
Sorry for my inactivity lately.
Anyway, I must advise you that I am going to open a new blog!
Yes. This blog will be mostly about Dar-Games, Darwin12 Videos, all that stuff.
Also, did I forget to mention I updated the "Our History" page.
A new entry:
"In Early December 2011, Darwin12 Videos started working with DarGames."
You can find that on the Our History page.
Due to the growing success of this blog, I will also begin on that other blog with all Darwin12 stuff.
Updates with ROLL, R.S.A stuff, all that.
Plus Darwin12 Videos.
Development info of DarCity will remain on here. However on that blog, there will be mention all the time for that as well.
Now, I have yet to debate if I wish to make the other blog just on this one, and use those posts on this one.
But yeah.
Lets get to the topic.
Anyway, our survival im DarCity (Gamemode 1 is the mode we use) is doing us well, we actually had enough obsidian and some nice other 'useful' materials to create a portal to the nether.
Me and Captevyo we're both connected again, our other friends weren't online.
Anyway, speaking of that, some Darwin12 Videos members are also in DarGames, i'll probably mention them on the other blog.
Look tomorrow, I may have the new blog up.

MINECRAFT: DarCity Permissions and Teams!: Part 1

Okay- so I'll take this day after day.
Anyway, today is DarCity Permissions and Teams details day!
I should start by explaining, what are permissions:
In DarCity, permissions or teams/levels are determined by your position in Dar-Games.
The positions include:
NORMAL POSITIONS:
Dar-Games Developer (Only 3 people 0_0)
Dar-Games Worker
Dar-Games Fan (Is determined in different ways)
Visitor
ALTERNATE POSITIONS:
BETA TESTER
So, how do you know what team you are?
Lets start at the top.

DIAMOND (Developer or Owner):

In this position, you will receive diamond armour, plus a free diamond Pickaxe, Sword, Axe, Hoe, and Shovel. These items are replaceable, unlike if others we're to find diamonds and use them to make diamond armour. However- they wouldn't have this armour forever.

GOLD (DAR-GAMES WORKER):

This armour is achieved for being a Dar-Games worker, this will be for permanent use.

You will also receive all the weapons.

MINECRAFT: DarCity Server Announced!

Hello Everyone!
Quick update, but finally! IT'S ANNOUNCED.
Dar-Games has prepared for this, waited for this and now it's ready.
The Dar-Games 'DarCity' Multiplayer Server is announced!
It is due for release in 2012, but it is already in 24/7 testing from Dar-Games!
I think I should give you some info for earlier information in the game.
But, that should wait till tomorrow.

MINECRAFT: Expecting a new Project

Captevyo recently decided to begin production on a new world, I decided to grab hold of the project and for me and capt to share the project together.
This project will allow us to build a city, most likely to be named DarCity.
This city will have minecarts for transport, offices, rooms, and all kinds of stuff.
Still, of course this should be determined soon.
Not many details.
Other than that.
Not much.
Eh...
